All USPS Mail International Shipments will incure fee's as follows: a standard flat rate box is $42.95 up to 20lbs. Over-size items could be subject to additional postage and handling fee's. Axami is shipped from Poland and could take up to two weeks for standard delivery. UjENA swinwear could take up to 10 days for standard delivery, though the norm is 5-7 days. Returns: You may return items up to 15 days upon receipt of package. You must have an RGA#. UjENA Swimwear is non returnable, please make sure you order the proper size. We can only accept returns if you receved the wrong item or the item has a manufacturing defect and it will be replaced with the proper item. For holidays such as Christmas and Valentine's Day you may return items up to 30 days upon receipt of package. To receive a RGA#, please e-mail us thru our "Contact Us" page. All returns must have a RGA#, any returns without a RGA# written on the outside of the package will be refused. All returns must be sent prepaid postage. Upon receipt and inspection we will credit your credit card less original shipping charges. Returned items must be in new, unworn and original condition with all tags attached. They must include all original packaging and have no missing parts. Any item that smells of smoke, cologne or appears to have been laundered will be refused. Do to health laws we cannot accept returns on the following items: panties/thongs, teddies, stockings, chainmail, costumes, swimsuits, bodystockings or anything from our adult novelties section. If for any reason we sent you an item in one of the previous categories that is defective or was shipped wrong by us, we will make arrangements to exchange it. Please contact us as soon as possible.
